The application

Your data stays on your machines. AsymmFlow is local-first. Your operating database (SQLite) lives on the device where the application is installed. No data is sent to Asymmetrica's servers unless you explicitly configure cloud sync or a Butler intelligence connection.

Optional sync. If you enable sync, your operating data replicates directly between your own machines over an encrypted peer-to-peer connection. There is no server in the middle, and no business data is sent to Asymmetrica's infrastructure. Each machine enforces the same rules, so the books converge to the same state on every device you choose to sync.

Butler AI conversations. When Butler is enabled, queries are sent to the configured AI provider (currently via AIMLAPI or Sarvam AI). The AI provider's privacy policy governs how those queries are processed. We do not store conversation content on our side — it lives in your local database.

OCR and document processing. If cloud OCR is enabled, document images are sent to the Asymmetrica engine endpoint for processing and returned immediately. We do not retain processed documents beyond the duration of the request.

This marketing site

Nothing client-side. We don't run Google Analytics, no Hotjar, no Mixpanel, no Facebook Pixel. We don't set any first-party or third-party cookies. There is no banner to dismiss because there is nothing to consent to.

Server-side request logs. This site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any CDN, Cloudflare's edge processes standard request metadata — IP address, request path, status code, user-agent, and timestamp — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not maintain our own separate access logs, and we do not use this data for tracking or profiling.

Fonts

We self-host all fonts as woff2 files on our own server. Fonts are not fetched from Google Fonts at runtime. Visiting this site does not contact Google.

What we do with email you send us

If you write to sarat@asymmetrica.ai, your message lands in a regular inbox hosted by Hostinger. We don't auto-import it into a CRM or pipeline. We read it, reply, and move on.

Your rights

Your business data belongs to you. It lives on your machines and you can export or delete it at any time. For any data we hold (email correspondence, server logs), write to sarat@asymmetrica.ai and we'll comply.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we'll update the "last updated" date below. Material changes will be flagged in a banner at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
