The application

AsymmFlow is licensed per device. Each installation is bound to a license key provided at deployment. The license grants the right to use the software on the registered device for the agreed term. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or sublicense the software without written permission.

Your operating data belongs to you. We do not claim any rights to the business data you create, import, or process within AsymmFlow. You can export your data at any time.

No warranty

Information on this site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The interactive workspace mirror uses synthetic data and may not reflect the exact state of any production deployment. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate but errors happen — let us know and we'll correct them.

Jurisdiction

Asymmetrica is registered in Goa, India. These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Goa.

Changes

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be flagged in a banner for at least 30 days. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
